All changes to these T&C will come into effect immediately after implementation of such changes since Your acceptance of the revised T&C will be made via a click-through confirmation or acceptance button when you will log in to Your secure back-office.

Please review them from time to time since Your continued log-in at Your back-office shall be deemed to be Your acceptance of any such modification. If You do not agree to these T&C, please do not become a Trader or apply to become an Affiliate of Bangkok Films Ltd.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

The Bangkok Films Ltd ‘Terms of Conditions’ govern all the actions that relate to the execution of your trades and use of services.

• 1. Introduction

  • 1.1. Bangkok Films Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’) is an investment firm.
  • 1.2. Bangkok Films Ltd is incorporated in Scotland.
  • 1.3. The objects of the Company are all subject matters not forbidden by International Business Companies in particular but not exclusively all commercial, financial, lending, borrowing, trading, service activities and the participation in other enterprises as well as to provide brokerage, training and managed account services in currencies, commodities, indexes, CFDs and leveraged financial instruments.

• 2. Acknowledgement

  • 2.1. The client acknowledges that he/she read, understood and accepted the Terms of Conditions as amended from time to time, in addition to any information contained within the firm’s website available online at www.bfcpro.net
  • 2.2. After the Client fills in and submits the Account Opening Application Form to accept the Client as its customer, and hence open an account for him or accept any money from him, until all documentation it requires has been received by the Company, properly and fully completed by the Client and all internal Company checks (including without limitation anti-money laundering checks and appropriateness tests) have been duly satisfied. It is further understood that the Company reserves the right to impose additional due diligence requirements to accept Clients residing in certain countries. The Agreement will take effect and commence upon the receipt by the Client of the notice sent by the Company informing the Client that he has been accepted as the Company’s Client. By accepting this Agreement, the client is consenting that if he is accepted by the Company as a Client their relationship will be governed by the terms and Conditions of this Terms of Conditions and Account opening agreement as amended from time to time.
  • 2.3. The client acknowledges that the Firm’s official language is the English Language.

• 3. Scope of the Terms of Conditions

  • 3.1. The Terms of Conditions govern all the actions that relate to the execution of the client’s orders.
  • 3.2. The Terms of Conditions are non-negotiable and overrides any other agreements, arrangements, express or implied statements made by Bangkok Films Ltd unless the company, in its sole discretion, determines that the context requires otherwise.
  • 3.3. The Distance Marketing of Consumer Financial services law does not require the Client Agreement to be signed by either the client or the company in order for both the client and the company to be legally bound by it.

• 4. Definitions and Interpretations

  4.1. Terms stated below shall have the following meaning and may be used in the singular or plural as appropriate:

  • “Account”: means a personalized trading account of the Client with the Company;
  • “Ask Price”: means the price at which the Company is willing to sell a CFD;
  • “Balance”: means the sum of the Client Account after the last completed order and deposit/withdrawal operation made within any period of time;
  • “Bid Price”: means the price at which the Company is willing to buy a CFD;
  • “Business Day”: means any day on which broker are open for business;
  • “CFD Contract or CFD”: means a contract which is a contact of difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant Underlying Asset;
  • “Client”: means a natural or legal person, accepted by the Company as its Client to whom services will be provided by the Company under the Terms;
  • “Collateral”: means any securities or other assets deposited with the Company’s Execution Venue;
  • “Company”: means Bangkok Films Ltd incorporated in Scotland;
  • “Company’s Website”: means www.bfcpro.net
  • “Contract”: means any contract, whether oral or written, for the purchase or sale of any commodity, security, currency or other financial instruments or property, including any derivative contracts such as options, futures, CFDs or other transactions related thereto, entered into by the Company and the Client;
  • “Counterparties”: shall mean banks and/or brokers through whom the Company may cover its transactions with Clients;
  • “Equity”: equals (Balance + Floating Profit & Loss + Swap);
  • “Execution Venue”: the counterparty for transactions and holder of the Clients securities or other assets deposited;
  • “Floating Profit/Loss”: shall mean the unrealized profit (loss) of open positions at current prices of the Underlying Assets;
  • “Free Margin”: means the funds not used as guarantee to open positions, calculated as: Free Margin = Equity - Margin;
  • “Margin”: means the necessary guarantee funds to open positions and maintain Open Positions, as determined in the Spreads and Conditions Schedule;
  • “Margin Call”: when the Margin posted in the margin account is below the minimum margin requirement, the Company’s Execution Venue issues a Margin Call and in this case the Client will have to either increase the Margin that he/she has deposited, or to close out his/her position(s);
  • “Margin Level”: means the percentage of Equity to Margin ratio. It is calculated as: Margin Level = (Equity / Necessary Margin) x 100;
  • “Market Maker”: means a dealer in securities or other assets who undertakes to buy or sell at specified prices at all time;
  • “Open Positions”: means any position/transaction that has not been closed;
  • “Orders”: means any trading transactions executed on the Company’s trading platforms;
  • “Services”: means the services to be provided by the Company to the Client construed by these Terms;
  • “Spread”: means the difference between the Ask Price and the Bid Price;
  • “Swap”: shall mean the funds withdrawn or added to the Client’s Account from rolling over (transfer) of an open position to the next day;
  • “Trading Platform”: means any online trading platform made available to the Client by the Company for placing orders, requesting quotes for trades, receiving price information and market related news as well as having a real-time revaluation of open positions;
  • “Underlying Asset”: means the financial instrument (e.g., stock, futures, commodity, currency, index) on which a derivative's price is based.

• 5. Internet and Electronic Trading

  • 5.1. The Client acknowledges the electronic nature of the Services and the inherent risk that communications by electronic means may not reach their intended destination or may do so much later than intended for reasons outside the Company’s control.
  • 5.2. Since the Company does not control signal power, its reception or routing via Internet or any other means of electronic communication, configuration of Client’s equipment or reliability of its connection, the Company shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, caused directly or indirectly, by any breakdown or failure of any transmission or communication system.
  • 5.3. The Client is obliged to keep all login information secret and ensure that third parties do not obtain access to the personal area.
  • 5.4. The identification or use of any third party products, services or websites is not an endorsement by the Company of such services, products of websites.

• 6. Access and Changes to the Website

  • 6.1 Our Website is made available free of charge. We reserve the right (in our sole discretion) from time to time to change the Website for any reason or no reason at all. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance.
  • 6.2 We do not guarantee that our Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted or will always be free from errors or omissions.
  • 6.3 We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Website for business and operational reasons.
  • 6.4 You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Website through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them.

• 7. Become a Member and Affiliate

  • 7.1 We provide the Products along with a business model allowing for Members to take part in marketing and sales activities concerning our Products.
  • 7.2 You have now a possibility to join Bangkok Films Ltd as an Affiliate. The membership is free in Bangkok Films Ltd. As an Affiliate, you also have the possibility to purchase the products and services that Bangkok Films Ltd from time to time offers. You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • 7.3 The Company shall provide Members upon registration with educational materials, videos, webinars and back office tools.
  • 7.4 Members may not use false or misleading names, email addresses, or manipulate client accounts.
  • 7.5 Bangkok Films Ltd reserves the right to reject any application for membership or affiliation without assigning a reason.
  • 7.6 You consent to receive notices, reports, and correspondence electronically via your registered email.
  • 7.7 Rewards, bonuses, and commissions are only provided based on actual product acquisitions and performance as defined in the plan.
  • 7.8 Bangkok Films Ltd does not provide personalized investment advice and warrants no guaranteed earnings.
  • 7.9 The commission which can be earned for each affiliate is capped at 2,500 USD per day.
  • 7.10 Each affiliate is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Account login credentials.

• 8. Affiliate Plan & Rewards

  • 8.1 The Membership Plan sets out the commissions and rewards payable upon satisfying conditions. Earned amounts are credited to the Member’s wallet.
  • 8.2 We may conduct KYC procedures prior to wallet withdrawals or cross-border transfers.
  • 8.3 Any compensation error must be reported within ten days of the date of occurrence.
  • 8.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 USD. An administration fee of 5% applies per withdrawal.

• 9. Advertising and Promoting Rights

  All content on www.bfcpro.net including logos, graphics, text, videos, and software are proprietary property of Bangkok Films Ltd.

  • 9.1 All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are registered properties. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.
  • 9.2 Unsolicited marketing, spam emails, fake claims, and unauthorized celebrity endorsement representations are strictly forbidden.
  • 9.3 Crossline sponsoring or manipulating downline structures will result in immediate account termination.

• 10. Privacy Policy

  Your privacy is important to us. Data collection, usage, and security standards are governed by our official Privacy Policy in full compliance with applicable data protection laws.

• 11. Know Your Client (KYC)

  Bangkok Films Ltd reserves the right to request valid government-issued ID/Passport and recent utility bill (within 90 days) before authorizing point conversions, withdrawals, or cash exchanges.

• 12. Payment Options and Terms

  • 12.1 Approved payment methods include supported cryptocurrency transfers (e.g. USDT BEP20) and internal wallet transfers.
  • 12.2 Orders and packages are activated only upon confirmed on-chain or wallet settlement.
  • 12.3 Refund requests are handled at the sole discretion of the Company.

• 13. Violation of Terms & Conditions

  Any breach, misrepresentation, slander, unauthorized use of intellectual property, or fraudulent activity will result in temporary suspension, bonus freeze, or permanent termination of the user account alongside potential legal proceedings.

• 14. Transfer of Account

  Account ownership may be transferred to an authorized inheritor subject to prior written approval, legal proof (last will/testament), and payment of the standard administration fee.

• 15. Legal Actions & Liability Waiver

  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, employees, and associates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from market fluctuations, trading outcomes, or connectivity interruptions.

• 16. Legal, Tax, and Compliance

  Users are solely responsible for local tax compliance, declarations, and legal eligibility regarding cryptocurrency usage and digital assets in their respective jurisdictions.

• 17. Miscellaneous

  These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Bangkok Films Ltd. If any clause is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
